I started the day early. After my alarm sounded off twice, I brought myself up and readied for the San Lorenzo Dawn procession. It was around 4:30 AM and the rest in the house were still sound asleep. I hurriedly cleansed myself in the bathroom thinking Sir would arrive anytime soon. By a quarter to 5, I was all done. I waited outside together with Nanay Susing. While waiting, we discussed medley of topics which lasted for about 45 minutes. Whewww! Nanay Susing said that I could have spent the 45 minute of waiting catching some more sleep. A few minutes after, Sir Galo arrived and drove us to the downtown plaza where we were to assemble.
The procession took about more than an hour. Upon reaching the school area, I went up immediately to check on Ms Roxanne. She was busy assisting the elementary dancers for their competition on this day. Nothing unusual happened the next hours except for the accomplishments of some of my piled up work.
Lunch was with my two closest friends at Imay's Seafood Restaurant. We had a good time together and were surprised to see our bill right after eating. But then again, we owed this to ourselves as self-indulgences are rare and often times mislooked.
As of the moment, I am waiting for any news regarding the grace that we are to receive for the upcoming teacher's day. I am thankful I have this blog to kill time.
My eyes have to stand the radiation due to long hours of computer use but I'll be feeding them with information that are new and useful to my stagnate brain. I'll google to let time pass fleetingly and then go home to see my sweetie angel.
